1. Parties
Service provider: Burak Özbek (Keine Medya), Arma Residence, Bakü Caddesi, Yenişehir, Kurtköy / İstanbul, [email protected] (the company name and MERSIS number will be added upon incorporation). Buyer: the brand, business or person who approves the service quote in writing.
2. Subject of the contract
Influencer collaborations and supporting services (UGC content, product photography, video editing, graphic design, copywriting, brand ambassadorship, events, social media and ad management, SEO, marketplace management, website setup, brand identity).
3. Quote, price and payment
We have no fixed packages or price list. Based on your brief, we prepare a written quote stating the scope, timeline, deliverables and price (clearly stating whether taxes are included). The contract is formed when you approve the quote in writing (including by email). Payment is made outside our website by bank transfer according to the schedule in the quote; we never take or store card details on the site. Ad budgets paid to ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) are not included in the service price and are billed directly by the platforms.
4. Performance and delivery
Services are delivered digitally and/or on site; there is no shipping. Delivery dates are set in the quote. If there is a delay or problem, we let you know in writing.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you buy the service as a consumer (for non-commercial, non-professional purposes), you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. For services started with your approval within this period, under the Distance Contracts Regulation the right of withdrawal can't be used for the part already performed; the refund is made after deducting its price. 6. Buyer's obligations
The information you give in the brief and contract must be accurate, and the content, products and approvals needed for the job must be provided on time. Influencer collaborations use an ad/partnership label.
7. Dispute resolution
Consumers may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court within the legal monetary limits. For disputes between businesses, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) have jurisdiction.
8. Effect
This information applies together with the quote and contract signed or approved in writing for each job; in case of conflict, the job-specific contract prevails.
