keinemedya.com is operated by Burak Özbek (Keine Medya), Arma Residence, Bakü Caddesi, Yenişehir, Kurtköy / İstanbul. Contact: [email protected]. The company name and MERSIS number will be added once the company is incorporated.
2. Scope of the service
The website presents Keine Medya and its services, lets influencers apply and upload data for a media kit, and lets brands send a brief and book a call. Influencer collaborations and supporting services (Our services) are carried out under a written quote and contract prepared for each job; no payments are taken on the website.
3. Account and authority
The application system is for people aged 18 and over. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email; don't share it. The information you provide must be accurate and your own, and you must not apply on someone else's behalf. If you fill in a form for a brand, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
4. Content and responsibility
The screenshots, photos and texts you upload are yours; you allow us to use them to review your application, prepare your media kit and present your profile to brands. You are responsible for your content being genuine and not infringing third-party rights. Sponsored collaboration posts must be disclosed as advertising under applicable law.
5. Results and third-party services
We don't guarantee sales, views or follower growth; our suggestions are estimates based on past data. We have no control over the rules and decisions of platforms such as Instagram, Meta and Google.
6. Acceptable use
Scraping the site with automated tools, trying to bypass security measures, submitting fake applications or uploading other people's data is prohibited. In such cases we may reject the application or close access. We may change site features with notice or, where necessary, immediately.
7. Intellectual property
The Keine Medya name, logo, site design, texts and media kit templates belong to us and may not be copied without permission. Rights to your own content remain with you.
8. Limitation of liability and force majeure
We take care to run the site without interruptions or errors, but we can't be held liable for disruptions caused by provider outages, platform changes or force majeure. Liability for intent, gross negligence and anything that can't be limited by law is reserved.
9. Privacy and leaving
Your personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy, Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy. You can delete your application at any time (Deleting your data).
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the current text is published on this page with its date. We email applicants about significant changes.
11. Governing law and disputes
Turkish law applies. Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction for consumers; for other disputes, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul (Anatolia).
