Service and data controller
keinemedya.com and the application system are operated by Burak Özbek (Keine Medya), the data controller for your personal data. Contact: [email protected], Arma Residence, Bakü Caddesi, Yenişehir, Kurtköy / İstanbul. The application system is for people aged 18 and over.
What we collect and why
- Influencer application: your sign-in email, name, date of birth, gender, city, social accounts, phone, the insight screenshots and photo you upload, and your working terms. Purpose: to review your application, prepare your media kit and present your profile to suitable brands.
- Optional Instagram connection: if you connect, we read your insights directly from Instagram instead of screenshots.
- Brand form and bookings: brand name, your name, contact details, brief details and booking time. Purpose: to get back to you and plan the call.
- Site use: cookie-free anonymous counting; with your permission, measurement with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta Pixel (Cookie Policy).
- Security logs: technical records such as sign-in code requests and upload times to prevent abuse.
How we collect it and legal grounds
We collect data from our forms, the files and messages you send, your public profile and, if you allow, cookies. Legal grounds: forming and performing a contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interest and, where needed, your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5 and 9).
Service providers and transfers
Your data is never sold. To run the service we use: Supabase (database and files, Germany), Cloudflare (website and security), Brevo and Resend (email), Telegram (notifications to the manager), Anthropic (reading screenshots), Google (email, calendar, Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (ad measurement). Some are abroad; transfers follow Article 9 of the KVKK. Your media kit is shown only to brands we propose a collaboration to.
Retention, security and deletion

Access is limited to you and our authorised team; files open through personal, time-limited links. You can delete your application yourself under My account > Privacy (Deleting your data).
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies are always on; measurement and marketing cookies run only with your permission. List and durations: Cookie Policy.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights under KVKK Art. 11 (to learn whether your data is processed, correction, deletion, objection and more) by writing to [email protected]; we reply free of charge within 30 days. You can remove the Instagram connection from My account or your Instagram settings.
Changes
When we update this policy we change its date; we email applicants about significant changes. Legal details: Privacy Notice.
